Regional Account Manager

PureWellness, a leading software provider for the health and wellness industry is seeking a Regional Account Manager. This position will provide customer support, administrative training, service implementation, and project management for companies utilizing PureWellness' online wellness platform. PureWellness is headquartered in South Burlington, VT with offices in Carlsbad, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in all areas of customer accounts
  • Work with internal wellness administration to troubleshoot and resolve software and service issues via e-mail and telephone communications
  • Manage the full implementation process of customer portals
  • Assist in creation, development, and maintenance of customer training guides and media materials
  • Plan, organize and conduct web-based customer training and meetings

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA in related program
  • Skilled in general concept and knowledge of how software works
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience
  • Proficient in MS Office with previous experience in Salesforce or other CRM platform
  • Skilled in taking initiative, efficiently assessing, and prioritizing requests and identifying solutions for action
  • Excels in team atmosphere and collaborative project work

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Healthcare and/or wellness experience
  • 1-2 years software training or software customer support experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Project and/or Clarizen
